SALON/STORE POLICY AND PRIVACY ACT

SALON BOOKINGS

All bookings require a $25.00 non-refundable deposit.  Please cancel appointments 24 hours prior to scheduled time as a courtesy.

SHIPPING

Shipping is standard through the USPS; once order is received customer will get a confirmation email regarding order processing; once order is processed an email notice will go out of the shipping information and tracking number.

If customer does not receive a status regarding order within 24 hours of placing order; please fill out consumer contact form below to ensure we received your order.  Customer service department will reply within 24 hours or less. 

HAIR LOSS CONSULTATION

Hair Loss Consultation bookings are final. If you are unable to make your appointment; please cancel 72 hours prior to appointment.  If cancellation is not received you will need to start your process from the beginning.

PRIVACY ACT

Information shared will be under the strict mandate of any government entity with authority to access customer's information.  All information requested will be thoroughly examined as a vital measurement of identity safety.


If you have any questions about our privacy act or data-collection act; please fill out customer support form and we will get back to you within 72 hours of your request.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for receiving services at Tye & Company Hair Loss Studio, I hereby:
   •    Release, waive, and discharge Tye & Company Hair Loss Studio, its owner(s), employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, or liabilities, known or unknown, arising from or related to chemical services performed.
   •    Agree not to hold the salon liable for hair loss, scalp irritation, breakage, shedding, burns, allergic reactions, or adverse outcomes resulting from:
   •    Prior hair history
   •    Scalp sensitivity
   •    Brushing, combing, scratching, or manipulation
   •    Failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions
   •    Undisclosed conditions or treatments
